In the unlikely event that no leads are received within the first 60 days after on-boarding, we offer a refund guarantee upon customer request. We ensure you that all of our leads are exclusive and we do not send the same lead with multiple agents, this means the lead you are gonna get from us you will be the only person working on that lead.

Once you sign up with us we typically start sending leads to our agents within 1 or 2 weeks, however in some scenarios we might take more time because we will need some time to create your profile in our system and share your servicing radius with our team and verify your license number as well which may take some time but once we are done we will start sending you these home sellers and we are confident that we can help you achieve your real estate goals.

We were offering our services without any chargee initially however we encountered some situations where some realtors took our services for granted they failed to reach out to sellers and also not answering our calls, texts or emails while we tried to communicate with them, so eventually we came up with this intial setup fee to make sure that if not for the leads than for their own investment realtors could recoup their investment by successful closings, because with RJ Estate there's no monthly, annual, renewal, per lead or any other hidden chargee unless you do some closings to generate revenue for you and for us as well.

There are two ways you will get leads from us
Most of the time we will schedule a call back for you witin next 24 to 48 hours and we will send you leads via email with all the information about property and the seller along with the recorded conversation with that particular prospect,
Secondly if a seller wants to sell their property within 30 days in that particular scenario we will introduce seller with the realtors over a live call transfer but that's once in a blue moon scenario.

We talk to these sellers over the phone numbers of times before we send it to you and a comprehensive recorded conversation with each and every customer will be provided to you as well in which you would hear that they are considering selling their property and are not in contract with any other realtor.

We use various platforms to generate leads such as search engine optimization, google, website ad's, social media platforms, LinkedIn, bloggers, etc. And we also have a team of ISAs wh will call these sellers and ask them qualifying questions and then our verification team will reconfirm all these information so we could send our realtors best possible leads.

In that scenario your membership will expire and we will stop sending you any more leads because you will be getting leads from us for the 6 months ( as per you desired plan) and we try our best to send you warm leads and make them workable for you, All of the leads which we are gonna send you are sellers and we will talk to them numbers of time before sending them to youyou and recorded discussion will be sent to you as well and in return we expect 2 closings from you so we think the conversion we ask for is very reasonable.
